34A(1)(A) Licence has been cancelled by the Builders Registration Board as a result of negligence or incompetence.
34(A)(B) Licence has been cancelled by the Builders Registration Board as a result of failing to comply with a condition on the licence.
36(1)(a) Licensee has insufficient financial resources to meet possible liabilities in relation to building work.
38 (1) Licensee has failed to pay the appropriate licence fee within the required time frame.
3 Year Ban Licensee is banned from holding a licence for a period of three years due to carrying out tier 1 defective work.
3 Year Disqualification Licensee is disqualified from holding a licence for three years due to accumulation of 30 demerit points.
48 (c) The licence has been cancelled or suspended as a result of the licensee being convicted of an indictable offence.
48 (d) The licence has been cancelled or suspended as a result of the licensee entering into bankruptcy or liquidation.
48 (e) The licensee is a company and ceased to have a nominee holding the same class of licence authorising the supervision of building work for a period exceeding 28 days.
48 (h) The licensee contravened a condition which was imposed on the licence.
48 (i) The licensee owes an amount to the Commission and has failed to comply with the Commission' s demand.
48 (j) The licence has been cancelled or suspended as a result of the Commission becoming aware that the licensee is not fit and proper to hold a licence.
49 (3) The Commission has grounds to believe there is a likelihood of serious financial loss or serious harm which could be caused to other licensees, employees, consumers or suppliers.
53 A Licensee has failed to provide financial information, in the approved form, within the required time frame.
56 AG Licensee is an excluded company
56 AF Licensee is an excluded individual

Special Purpose Vehicle A Special Purpose Vehicle is an entity established for the sole purpose of carrying out building work under a public private partnership arrangement and is not conducting other building work independent of the arrangement. A public private partnership means a partnership or like arrangement between the State and one or more private sector entities to finance, design, plan, construct and/or operate public infrastructure where a component of the work involves the carrying out of building work.
TA - Class Transitioned - Active The licensee has been issued with this class in lieu of the previous licence class which ceased to exist from 1 September 2003
TC - Class Transitioned - Cancelled The licence class ceased to exist from 1 September and therefore was cancelled with the licensee issued with the equivalent new licence class
